Gluten-free Vegan Brownies

½ CUP UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER

1 CUP EVAPORATED CANE JUICE

1/3 CUP POTATO STARCH

1/3 CUP SHORGHUM FLOUR

1/3 CUP MILLET FLOUR

½  TSP BAKING POWDER

½ CUP EGG REPLACER

½ CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS

½  CUP MAPLE SYRUP

½ CUP VEGAN BUTTER

 

METHOD

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

BLEND THE VEGAN BUTTER AND MAPLE SYRUP IN A MIXER, UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY. ADD THE EGG REPLACER. IN A SEPARATE BOWL, COMBINE THE REST OF INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT THE NUTS. ADD TO THE VEGAN BUTTER MIXTURE. BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL SET.
