1 CUP WHOLE SPELT FLOUR 1 1/4 CUP WHITE SPELT FLOUR 2 TSP BAKING POWDER 1 TSP BAKING SODA 1 TBL GROUND GINGER ½ TSP GROUND CLOVES ½ TSP GROUND CINNAMON 1 CUP MAPLE SYRUP ½ CUP MOLASSES 3/4 CUP SOY MILK ½ CUP VEGETABLE OIL 1 TBL APPLE CIDER VINEGAR 2 TBL VANILLA EXTRACT
METHOD PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES COMBINE ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS. COMBINE ALL WET INGREDIENTS. MIX TOGETHER. POUR IN A BAKING DISH AND BAKE FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR. |
