Chef Collin Cook has been with 4th Generation since the store opened in 2009. He recently completed certification at the Cornell University in Plant Based Nutrition. Collin recognized early on the healing power of a raw and vegan diet. He realized his calling was to create and prepare raw, organic and vegan foods as a way of helping others become healthy and vital. Collin is passionate about cooking and it shows in the love he puts into every dish he prepares. Collin has been a Guest Lecture Speaker for the National Health Convention numerous times and educates others through his raw cooking classes. Chef Collin works hard to keep our menu’s exciting and cutting edge, as well as healthy and delicious!
Chef Ricardo Arias has been with 4th Generation since its inception in 2009. Ricardo cooks like he lives his life, full of passion and a true zest for living. Ricardo has been a chef for over 30 years, and it shows in his creativity and uncanny ability to stay prevalent in the culinary world. Chef Ricardo prepares our hot food as well as many of our cold dishes, and he is never at a loss for something innovative and exciting to keep our customers coming back day after day!
Wellness Department Manager, Richard Carpio comes to 4th Generation with 25+ years of nutrition and body care. Having worked as a Vitamin Manager for numerous national health food stores and independent vitamin chains, Richard’s vast knowledge of this field is unsurpassed. He is highly experienced in purchasing, sourcing and assisting customers with making choices to meet their particular nutrition needs. Richard prides himself on helping others. His belief is that if he can help even one person to become healthier each day, he has achieved success.
