Chef Collin Cook is a fourth generation vegan who was born and raised in a alternative naturopathic lifestyle. Being introduced to healthy whole-based cooking at early age, he decided to pursue a career in the culinary arts and the study of unorthodox nutrition. After years working in a conventional restaurant it was his mothers victory over cancer using raw foods that transformed Collin’s path towards medicinally healing the heal with a raw-vegan diet.
